Office Policies and Guidelines

  1. Office working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, including one hour for lunch and tea breaks.
  2. During the training period (first three months), casual leave is not permitted. Only medical leave is allowed, which will be treated as Loss of Pay.
  3. Use of social media during working hours is restricted.
  4. Mobile phone usage is restricted and permitted only in case of emergencies.
  5. A minimum of 80 working hours per week is mandatory.
  6. If you need to leave the office early due to an emergency, you must inform the Development Head or Development Lead in advance. Any lost working hours must be adjusted within the same week.
  7. Holidays will be pre-published for the current calendar year.
  8. Login to the Employee Portal is mandatory. Employees must properly record sign-in, sign-out, break start, and break end times.
  9. A daily worksheet with accurate work details must be completed and submitted by the end of each working day.
  10. Employees are required to maintain decent and professional attire in the office.
  11. Avoid loud speaking and ensure your actions do not disturb others.
  12. During online meetings, speak in a low volume to avoid disturbing colleagues.
  13. Daily participation in the team scrum meeting is mandatory.
  14. Leave applications must be emailed to the Development Head/Lead and HR.
  15. In case of a medical emergency, leave must be intimated via phone call or WhatsApp.
  16. Employees are expected to complete assigned work within the given timelines. If no work is pending, the Development Head, Development Lead, or Testing Head must be informed.
